Tile Patterns in Buildings

There are many interesting tile patterns on the floors and walls of buildings. Here are some examples. I took the photo in the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC. The other photos are from my favorite design blog Apartment Therapy. They have a section of tile photos in the "Tile Vault."
