Here are the answers I had in mind:

1. A - 2, B - 4, C - none, D - 6, E - 4, F - 4, G - 2, H - none

2. All except H

3. A, B, D, E, F

4. B, E, F

5. A - pmg, B - p4m, C - pm, D - p6m, E - p4m, F - p4m, G - pmm, H - p1

6. Color would probably change answers for A, D, E, and possibly others, depending on how strict you are.

Blake - These are really beautiful floor tiles and I like the assignment you have written to study them. Floor mosaics of this type are used in many Byzantine churches in Greece as well, and until this course, I would not have considered using them in my art history courses! I am going to try to do the assignment and see if I come up with your answers! --Christina 21:55, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

I really like the page as well. We do a fieldtrip here in St Louis to our Cathedral Basilica. There are many geometric patterns and they make for a great assigment. I like the fact that you have an online assignment here though. Barta 01:51, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

Great tiles! One of my colleagues has his students photograph tiles as one of their assignments. Virginia 19:17, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
