Phyllis and Christina live in the ‘star city of the south’.
Proved by this star, the Mill Mountain Star is 88.5 feet tall with 2,000 feet of neon tubing. It requires 17,500 watts of power to illuminate the neon tubes.
We have a new pseudo-Frank Gehry building (see Blake’s LA). Okay, the guy was a student of Gehry, but the interesting surfaces remain the same.
We are more famous for our farmer’s market (maybe the scaffolding of the booths counts?) and our mountains (including the Blue Ridge Parkway).
Hollins University is located at the base of Tinker Mountain.
